True Story: The only time I ever used to care about football was when I was a young buckette in college.

Not because I liked the sport, but because I liked the players, of course.

You’re lucky, because I was thisclose to compiling something I would have (ridiculously) titled the Ashley Ambirge Special Edition University Football Player Photo Collection as a nice supplemental visual for your viewing delight, but then realized that:  a) You probably wouldn’t be all that delighted, b) Your image of me as a nice, pure, proper young lady who wears pearls and curtsies politely might be at risk. And we can’t have that now can we?

Ahem.

The point is that I AM into football again (hoorah, headbutt)…but not because I’m trying to score touchdowns with the players.

Heard of Football for Good yet?

What’s that? You haven’t? Tsk, dawg.

WELL. Lemme tell ya.

Football for Good is an initiative spearheaded by Adrian Peterson (fierce running back NFL superstar for the Minnesota Vikings) that benefits at-risk youth–helping to keep them out of gangs, off the streets, and interested in their own well-being.

Annndddddd….I happen to be the copywriter for the project.

Annnddddddddddddd….since I have a close tie to this project, and I believe in its mission 100,972,910,028%, and I’d really like to see it succeed, I wanted to mention it to you, because you can help me…without having to lift a finger, or give a single cent.

How’s that for some sexy philanthropy?

All you have to do is download our :: free :: Football for Good app.

That’s it. It takes 3 seconds. You never have to think about it again. I’ll worship you forever (mostly), AND guess what?

You’ll automatically be entered to win access to my new program, Clients + Cash ($197 value), AND/OR a VERY VIP, all-expense paid trip to hang out with Adrian Peterson at this year’s Superbowl–just for downloading. (You seriously better take advantage of that since I am ineligible. Rahr.)

(Note: You must click through the special tracking links that appear on this page so we can tell you’re a TMFproject crew member, and you get credit. Otherwise we’ll have no way of knowing. Shazam!)

No joke.

Once installed, you don’t have to do anything. From that point forward, using the app’s technology, every time you make a purchase with our online partners — big players such as Gap.com, Hotels.com, Bestbuy.com, Amazon.com — a portion of the proceeds is donated to Football For Good to help at-risk kids. It’s that simple.

We’re leveraging technology for good, and I’d be tickled if you’d join us.

I like to think that I'd be in this photo, too, if I didn't live in Chile. This is Adrian Peterson, left, with my man Dan Todd, CEO of GlobalMojo, which powers the technology behind Football for Good. Hey, fellas!

-

With the click of a button, not only will you be automatically entered to win my new Clients + Cash program, OR a super duper VIP trip to hang out with Adrian at this year’s Superbowl…but you can also think of me fondly any time you see any Football for Good communications, since chances are good that I wrote it. Muah. Ah. Ah.

It’s free.

Help me make this a success.

Help at-risk youth become a success.

Without having to do anything more than download a simple app.
