Big Balls, Going to Hell + Other Serious Business Matters You Can’t Afford to Not Read

Impulse.

I’m seduced by it.

Captivated by spontaneity. Charmed by the impromptu. And very prone to snap decisions.

This means that on any given day, I might be doing something completely unexpected.

Like deciding to go to Paris on a whim. Or coming here to Barcelona to hang out for a while. Or, say…putting this blog on hiatus for a few weeks.

Waaa wa wa waiittttt.  Wwhhhaaa?

Putting the blog on hiatus?

Why yes, I think I shall. A decision I just made mere moments ago, as I looked over my project list and began feeling a bit…overwhelmed.

I don’t like to feel overwhelmed.

It annoys me very much, as a matter of fact.

And it reminds me that there’s too much stuff on my goddamn plate.

So, what’s a person to do, when they have too much stuff on their plate?

THEY TAKE SOME OF THE STUFF OFF.

So, while this blog is my lifeline, and is the foundation of everything that I do, and is practically the equivalent of a handsome, strapping young lover who I’m fervently infatuated with (oh, you didn’t know? My blog’s got a nice ass), you’ll be hearing less from me over the course of the next few weeks, as I put all of my energy and focus into creating the best damn online course ever made on getting more clients–and making sure that it’s worthy of our community and this website.

I remember a time when I would have sacrificed my own personal space, sanity and salvation, in order to make sure that everything got done, and I would never let any of the balls drop, as I looked up toward the sky at the greater things that lie ahead.

And then I realized that…when people juggle too many balls, it isn’t because there are too many balls to juggle.

It’s because, like an ego-driven asshole, they chose to pick ‘em all up.

And the only reason they’ll ever drop any of the balls…

…is when they’ve got too many to gracefully handle.

So that said…

Just the same way they chose to pick them all up…

…they can choose to put some down, too.

In which case, they aren’t dropping the ball.

They’re choosing to gingerly set it down for a moment, instead.

And in that sense, they’re actually protecting their best work, because it won’t have the chance to fall and splatter all over their conscience.

And in the same way, I’m protecting my best work–this blog–because it won’t have the chance to fall and splatter all over my conscience.

I believe in making a big, crimson splash with everything I do.

And I promise that every blog post I write, will be covered in crimson droplets. You know, the un-serial killer kind. Because the way that sentence came out sounded kind of creepy.

So until I’m able to put my energy toward producing that for you–I’ll be over here, working relentlessly on our new course, Cash + Clients.

Channeling my energy like a BLEEP BLEEP pimp whose got his eye on a new caddy.

Because Ashley Ambirge does not half ass things. She also does not usually talk in the third person, but somehow, it seemed like the right occasion.

It’s go big or go the hell home.

So for now, I’ll be over here doin’ my thing in a big, big way.

And I hope you’re over there doin’ yours.

Last but not least, until Monday you’ll be able to join us for the course. After that, doors are officially closed, and we’ll be drinking vodka behind the scenes, as we all conspire to strengthen our businesses, get clients through the door, and make some damn cash that feels good to make.
