The Inspection.
Month one starts with a full walk-through of your brand: product names, catalogue copy, website, newsletter, packaging, signage, and every place a customer reads a word you wrote. You get a written report: what’s carrying a charge, what’s dead on the line, and the order we’ll fix it in.

The Plan.
We agree on the list together. No two brands get the same list. A paint company might need its colour names and sample-pot copy rewritten before anything else. A hotel might need in-room signage, the welcome card, and the “do not disturb” hanger before we ever touch the website. A furniture maker might need product names and nothing else for three months.

The Work.
Then we go, one element at a time, delivered as finished copy you can put straight into production. Things ship as they’re done. Every month, your brand has more electricity in it than it did the month before.
