No tech skills required. If you can write an email, you can do this class.

From the Penguin Random House author seen in The New York Times, The New Yorker & BBC

You know you should be "using AI." You're just not sure for what.

Here's the dirty secret about the AI revolution: the technology isn't the hard part anymore. The imagination is. Most business owners have poked at a chatbot, asked it to write an Instagram caption, gotten something mediocre back, and quietly concluded the whole thing is overhyped.

Meanwhile, the people who learned to use it properly are asking it to reconcile their books, watch their inbox for dropped balls, brief them every morning, modernize their website, and simulate their next launch before they bet the quarter on it. Same $20-a-month tool. Completely different business.

And this is the part that should genuinely worry you: they aren't smarter than you. They were just shown what to ask for. Every month you wait, the gap between your business and theirs compounds — in hours, in payroll, in launches they tested and you guessed at.

What did I promise this client, across all our emails?
Do my books for the entire year I'm behind on.
Brief me every morning on my day before I open a single app.
Modernize my ancient website. Yes, the real one. Right now.
Run my launch at three price points and tell me which one wins.
Turn this rambling voice memo into a client proposal.
Build my lead magnet, design it, and wire it to my email list.
Am I charging enough? Here are my numbers — be honest.

Fourteen modules teach you to do every one of these — and about a hundred more — in your business, with your accounts, before Halloween.

I'm In — Enroll Me

Fourteen modules. Every corner of your business.

This is an on-demand class: a new module drops each weekday morning, October 5–23, ready to stream whenever your actual life allows — with your coffee, at midnight, or binged in a weekend. Each one is short, practical, and ends with something working in your business. Nothing expires. Everything is yours forever.

Week One · The Setup
1 — Claude Basics: meet the most overqualified hire you'll ever make

What Claude actually is (and isn't), how to talk to it so it performs like a $200/hour contractor instead of a magic 8-ball, and how to give it permanent memory of your business — your offers, your voice, your customers — so you never introduce yourself twice. Includes the one setup step that makes everything else in this class possible, which almost nobody does.

2 — Organization: the great digital tidy-up

Before we automate anything, we clean house. Claude will reorganize your desktop, untangle the folder named “STUFF,” and rename five years of “FINAL_final_v3” files into a system a human can navigate. Then, the party trick that converts every skeptic: watch it find a file you lost years ago — by describing what was in it.

3 — Email: get out of your inbox without dropping a single ball

Connect your email and let Claude draft replies in a voice so much like yours it's eerie, flag the one message today that genuinely needs you, and hand you a daily summary of everything else. There's a reason inbox-zero people seem calm: they're not checking email. Something else is.

4 — Scheduling: your morning briefing, like a president

Connect your calendar and start every day with a briefing: what's happening, what you're not prepared for, and intel on everyone you're meeting — including “prep me for tomorrow's call using this entire email thread.” You'll walk into every meeting as the most prepared person in it, having prepared nothing.

5 — Books: the module that pays for the class

Connect QuickBooks and put your bookkeeping on autopilot — daily, weekly, or the full catch-up-on-the-entire-year rescue mission. Last summer Claude rebuilt twelve months of my books and landed within 0.13% of what a professional firm charged real money to produce. Then the intelligence layer: what you actually spent on software last year (and what to cancel), which clients and products are genuinely profitable, where expense creep is hiding, your quarterly tax estimate before it surprises you, and the one number about your business you've probably never seen.

Week Two · The Build
6 — Website: modernize yours, or build one from scratch

On WordPress? Claude can connect to it and modernize your site — live, for real. On Squarespace or Wix? Claude works your editor through the browser while you watch. Want a fresh start? We'll build a fast, beautiful site from scratch with Claude Code, Claude Design, and Ghost — the exact stack this page was built with. Plus the twenty-minute SEO tune-up your site has needed since 2019.

7 — Legal: the paperwork you've been avoiding

Terms & conditions, privacy policies that actually reflect modern law (GDPR, CCPA, and friends), client contracts, and refund policies — drafted for your business, in plain English you can read without a law degree. You're probably missing at least two documents your website legally needs. By Friday, you won't be.

8 — Lead Magnets: from “I should make one” to live on your site

Claude brainstorms what your audience would trade an email for, pressure-tests which formats convert best, drafts the thing, designs the thing, and then — this is the part people don't believe — adds it to your website and wires it to your email platform on its own. The whole pipeline, soup to signup.

9 — Content: one newsletter in, a week of content out

Research, planning, and the repurposing engine: write your newsletter (or don't — your call how much Claude drafts), and watch it become LinkedIn posts, social captions, and platform-native pieces without sounding like a robot wrote them. Then the deep cut: Claude mines your own back catalogue for the gold you forgot you wrote — some of your best future content is already sitting in your archive.

10 — Dashboards: your whole business on one page you actually understand

Google Analytics, translated into human. Visitors → opt-ins → sales, with conversion rates and where people came from — plus practical advice on improving each number. Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue across every platform you sell on. And the one your accountant never gave you: how much money is coming in this week, and when. Auto-refreshed every morning, before your coffee's done.

Week Three · The Business
11 — Client Management: like having an account manager on staff

Branded intake forms. Every email from a client summarized into a task list. Agreements read and explained before you sign. Voice memos turned into polished proposals. A dashboard tracking every project and invoice, with friendly payment nudges drafted for you. Workload scheduling that tells you what to do today and when you can honestly take on the next project. Automatic progress updates and client reports. Even the Christmas cards. All of it programmable; all of it in this module.

12 — Digital Products: from idea to checkout without hiring anyone

Claude vets your product ideas against your actual audience before you build the wrong thing — including the market reconnaissance most people skip. Then it helps brainstorm what belongs inside, surfaces what you haven't thought of, and builds it with you: the PDF, the email course, the full curriculum in your course platform. Then it sets up the checkout, working your browser like an intern who never complains.

13 — Launches: simulate it before you bet on it

The launch simulator: run your launch at different price points and see how many sales each one needs — and how likely you are to hit that, based on your real list size and how your audience actually converts. Then Claude drafts your sales page, designs it, and writes your launch emails with you. Launch day stops being a coin flip.

14 — The Workshop: everything else on your someday list

Documents, comparison tables, calculators, SOPs dictated from a voice memo, testimonials mined from years of nice emails you forgot you received, negotiation prep before you raise your rates. The module that answers “wait… could Claude do this?” with “yes, and here's how.”

15 — Graduation: your operating rhythm

We assemble everything into a weekly routine you'll actually keep: the Monday briefing, the inbox sweep, the money check, the content engine. You leave with a business that runs on rails you built in three weeks — and the fluency to keep building.

By October 23rd, this is your business:

Your inbox answers itself in your voice, and taps you on the shoulder only when it matters.
Your mornings start with a briefing, not a scramble.
Your books reconcile themselves — and tell you which work is actually profitable.
Your website is current, legal, and collecting subscribers with a lead magnet Claude built.
One newsletter becomes a week of content, automatically.
Every client has a task list, a paper trail, and a politely-nudged invoice.
Your next launch is simulated, priced, and drafted before you spend a dollar promoting it.
And you finally know what everyone was talking about.

That's not a someday business. That's eighteen days from now, at streaming speed.

The math, in case you're the spreadsheet type.

Bookkeeper who reconciles & reports monthly$400+/mo
VA managing inbox, calendar & client updates$1,000+/mo
Web designer modernizing one website$3,000+
Attorney drafting one client contract$500+
Launch consultant running one launch$2,000+
Learning to do all of it with a $20/mo assistant$497, once

Comparable AI-for-business cohorts on platforms like Maven run $1,500–$3,000 — for one topic. This is fourteen departments, taught by someone who actually runs her business this way, at a price that Module 5 alone pays back the first month you stop outsourcing your books.

Early bird: $497 through Tuesday, September 15. After that, the class is $699. It starts October 5 either way — the only question is what you pay to be in the room.

Who it's for — and who it isn't.

For: consultants, freelancers, coaches, creatives, shop owners, professionals with a practice — anyone running an online business (or seriously planning one) who suspects they're using 4% of what this technology can do. Total beginners are extremely welcome; that's the point. Week One assumes nothing but a pulse and a business.

Not for: developers who live in the terminal, people looking for “passive income with AI” schemes, or anyone who wants theory. Every module ends with something running in your actual business — this is a working class, in both senses.

Not agents, swarms, or whatever LinkedIn is hyperventilating about this week. Just you, running your business, with the most capable assistant you've ever had — hooked up to your actual stuff.

Questions, answered.

Is this live? What if I'm busy October 5–23?

Not live — on demand. A new module drops each weekday morning to stream whenever suits you, and nothing expires. Follow along in real time for momentum, or binge the whole thing over a rainy weekend in November. It's yours forever.

Do I need tech skills?

No. If you can write an email and click a link, you have the prerequisites.

What do I need?

A computer (Mac or PC) and a Claude Pro subscription — $20/month, and the best hire you'll ever make. Every lesson works on the plan you already have.

How much time does it take?

Modules are short — most under 25 minutes, plus a bit of doing. One per weekday, at whatever pace your actual life allows.

I'm on WordPress or Squarespace. Will the website module work for me?

Yes. WordPress connects to Claude directly — it can genuinely edit and modernize your existing site. Squarespace and Wix don't allow direct connections, so Claude drives your site editor through the browser instead — slower, but very real. And if you're ready to burn it down and start fresh, we build from scratch together.

Is my business data safe?

You'll set every permission yourself, and judgment runs through the whole class: what to connect, what to keep human, and how to verify. You stay the boss.

Can I expense this?

Yes — it's professional development in AI operations, which is exactly the line item to fund this year. You'll get a proper receipt the moment you enroll.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final due to the nature of digital products.

About Ash

Ash Ambirge is a writer who uses AI for everything except the writing. She's the author of The Middle Finger Project (Penguin Random House), has worked for herself from other people's countries since 2009, and this year handed the entire ordinary half of her business — bookkeeping, web development, operations, marketing — to Claude, from an 1872 farmhouse with questionable cell service. Everything in this class is something she actually does, every week, in a real business.

In three weeks, you'll wonder how you ran it any other way.
