Affiliate Terms

Ash Ambirge Affiliate Program
Version 1.0 · Effective September 14, 2026

These terms apply to everyone in the affiliate program. Creating an affiliate account means you accept them. The plain-English summary: recommend my classes to people who trust you, earn 30% when they buy, get paid on the 1st, and don't do anything you'd be embarrassed to explain to me.

1. The program

  • The program is run by Irreverent Ambition Inc. ("we," "us," "Ash"), the company behind ashambirge.com and the classes at courses.ashambirge.com. It runs on Kajabi, which handles the tracking, the dashboard, and the payouts.
  • You must be at least 18, have a working PayPal account that can receive payments, and give us accurate information. One account per person or business.
  • We can approve, decline, or remove any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, without owing an explanation. We rarely do. We reserve the right to.

2. Commission

  • You earn 30% of the net sale price on every eligible sale you refer. Net means what the customer actually paid, after any discount (including your own affiliate code), and before payment processing fees and taxes.
  • Eligible offers are the ones with commission enabled in your affiliate dashboard. The current list is on the affiliate page. We may add or remove offers at any time; changes apply to sales made after the change.
  • On payment plans, you earn 30% of each installment as it is paid. If the customer stops paying, the remaining commissions stop too.
  • On subscriptions, you earn 30% of each recurring payment for as long as the customer you referred stays subscribed and the offer still has commission enabled. Each payment goes through its own 30-day refund window before it is paid out.
  • Free offers, $0 enrollments, and purchases made with a 100% discount earn nothing.

3. The referral window

  • Your link sets a tracking cookie that lasts 30 days. If the person buys an eligible offer within 30 days of clicking, the sale is credited to you.
  • Your personal coupon code also credits the sale to you when it is used at checkout, whether or not the person clicked your link.
  • Attribution is determined by Kajabi's tracking. We do not manually reassign credit except to correct a clear technical error, and we do not credit sales retroactively for links that were never clicked or codes that were never used.
  • Cookies can be blocked, cleared, or expire. We are not responsible for sales that Kajabi's tracking cannot attribute to you.

4. Payouts

  • A commission becomes due 30 days after the sale. That is the refund window. If the customer refunds, disputes, or charges back inside that window, the commission is cancelled.
  • All due commissions are paid on the 1st of each month (or the next business day if PayPal is closed), in US dollars, by PayPal Mass Payout to the PayPal email address on your affiliate account. Kajabi sends the payout automatically.
  • Example: a sale on March 10 becomes due on April 9 and is paid on May 1.
  • You are responsible for keeping a correct PayPal email on file. If a payout goes to an unlinked address, you have 30 days to claim it through PayPal before it returns to us; after that we'll re-send it on the next payout date once your address is fixed. Payouts to a wrong address that you gave us are not our problem to recover.
  • If a refund, dispute, or chargeback happens after a commission has already been paid, we may deduct that amount from your next payout.
  • Commissions earned through any violation of these terms are forfeited, whether or not they have been paid.

5. Your coupon code

  • Every affiliate gets a personal code worth 20% off eligible offers, for your audience.
  • Your commission on a coupon sale is 30% of the discounted price.
  • You may share the code anywhere you share your link, with two exceptions: you may not use it yourself (see section 6), and you may not post it on coupon, deal, cashback, or voucher sites, or anywhere it would be found by strangers searching for a discount rather than by people you actually reached.

6. What is not allowed

Any of the following gets the commission cancelled and, at our discretion, the account closed:

  • Self-referral. Buying through your own link or with your own code, for yourself, your household, your business, your business partners, your employees, or anyone you're purchasing on behalf of. If you want a class, email me; do not run it through the program.
  • Paid search or social ads that bid on or target "Ash Ambirge," "Irreverent Ambition," "Extraordinary Work," "The Middle Finger Project," any class name, or misspellings of them.
  • Spam of any kind: unsolicited email, comment spam, DM blasts, forum drops, bulk messaging.
  • Pretending to be me, my company, or an official channel. You may say you are an affiliate. You may not imply you are Ash, that a message comes from Ash, or that your page is ours.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, pop-unders, or any technique that sets the cookie without a genuine click.
  • Fake reviews, fabricated results, invented testimonials, or income claims you can't back up. Say what you actually experienced.
  • Editing, reselling, or redistributing class content, or promising access to it.
  • Sharing your link or code through incentives (rebates, cashback, "buy through me and I'll pay you back") without our written permission.
  • Promoting the program in a way that breaks any law, platform rule, or the FTC's endorsement guidelines.

7. Disclosure

  • You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share an affiliate link or code, close enough to the link that a normal person would see it. "This is an affiliate link and I earn a commission if you buy" is enough. A hashtag buried at the bottom of a caption is not.
  • This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission (16 CFR Part 255) and by us. We apply it to our own affiliate links too.

8. Taxes

  • You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this program makes you an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Irreverent Ambition Inc.
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax on what you earn, in your own country. We do not withhold anything.
  • Payouts are made through PayPal, and PayPal handles its own reporting. We do not ask for tax forms up front. If the law ever requires us to collect tax documentation (for example a W-9 or W-8) before paying you, we will ask for it, and payouts may be held until we have it.

9. Using our name and materials

  • While you're in the program you may use our name, class names, class descriptions, and the images and copy we provide in your affiliate dashboard, to promote the classes. That permission ends when your account does.
  • You may not alter our materials, register domains or social handles containing our names, or use our name in a way that suggests endorsement of you, your products, or anything other than the classes you're linking to.
  • Anything you write about the classes is yours, and you're responsible for it.

10. Ending things

  • You can leave the program any time by emailing us. We can close your account any time, with or without notice.
  • Commissions earned honestly before the account closes are paid on the normal schedule. Commissions from sales after that date, or from any violation, are not.
  • Once your account is closed, stop using your link, your code, and our materials.

11. Changes

  • We may change these terms, the commission rate, the referral window, the payout schedule, or the eligible offers at any time by updating this page. Material changes will also be posted in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Changes apply to sales made after they take effect. Continuing to use your link after a change means you accept it.

12. General

  • We do not guarantee that you will earn anything. Results depend on you, your audience, and whether the class is right for them.
  • Our total liability to you under this program is capped at the commissions you earned and were not paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything caused by Kajabi, PayPal, or other services we rely on.
  • You indemnify us against any claim arising from your promotions, your statements, or your breach of these terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the affiliate program.
